Terms of Service
Privacy Policy
Effective date: see footer of this page.
When you submit a contact form, request an estimate, or email us at support@heritagermn.com, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, and a description of the damage or service you need. Our website also uses basic analytics (page views, general traffic sources) to understand how visitors find us. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and, if you authorize us to coordinate with your insurance carrier, to document and submit loss information on your behalf. Insurance coordination always requires your explicit written or verbal authorization before we share anything with an adjuster or carrier.
Data Sharing and Retention
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third parties who may receive your data are insurance carriers or adjusters you have authorized us to work with, and any software tools (scheduling, email) we use to run day-to-day operations, all under appropriate confidentiality expectations. We retain contact and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, warranty, and legal purposes.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request deletion. To exercise any privacy right or ask a question about how your data is handled, contact us at support@heritagermn.com or call (320) 733-8868.
Terms of Service
These terms describe the general conditions under which Heritage Restoration LLC provides services. They are not a substitute for a signed work-authorization agreement, the signed authorization form you receive before any work begins is the document that governs the actual service relationship.
Service Area and Estimates
We serve the Little Falls, MN area and surrounding communities in central Minnesota. If you are unsure whether your property falls within our service area, call us before scheduling. Estimates provided by phone, email, or an initial site visit are good-faith assessments, not binding contracts. Work does not begin and pricing is not final until both parties have signed a written work-authorization form.
Payment and Insurance Coordination
Accepted payment methods and specific terms are stated on your work-authorization form. When we coordinate directly with your insurance carrier, we do so as a courtesy to you, you remain responsible for any balance not covered by your policy, including deductibles. We operate as licensed contractors under Minnesota state regulations, and our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed authorization.
Scope of Work and Disputes
Any changes to the agreed scope, additional demolition, unforeseen structural damage, supplemental materials, will be documented and require your authorization before proceeding. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to applicable Minnesota law.
